3 tbsp all-purpose flour or wholewheat flour
3 tbsp sugar
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder or protein powder or bananas
or any flavours of your choice
1 pinch salt (optional)
1 pinch baking powder

1-2 tbsp veg oil or butter
2 tbsp milk or water
1 splash of vanilla essence
Optional: Choco Chips or Nuts
- What you need
- Microwave
- Tablespoon
- Microwaveable Mug
- Sieve and mix dry ingredients
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
- 1 pinch baking powder
- Mix the wet stuff
- 1 egg
- 1-2 tbsp veg oil or butter
- 2 tbsp milk or water
- 1 splash of vanilla essence
- Combine and mix, wet and dry ingredients until the batter is smooth
- Pour the ingredients in a mug, top it up with nuts or choco chips
- Microwave for 2.5 mins and Viola
