Who doesn’t love their kitchen to be clean and be organised? I heard a saying, “Organised people are just too lazy to search for stuff.” Well, that’s cute, but I’d rather be that “lazy” then running around and looking for stuff. If you are working in the kitchen, you need to be organised. If you are not, you know what can go wrong when you are cooking, baking or boiling. One of the prime example I could think of is boiling milk, 1 millisecond you look around and try to do something else, BANG! the milk overflows. So it is better to be well-organised, you will be more productive and you will able to take care of the spontaneous work as it appears, like boiling milk on a stove and yes, of course, you’ve got significantly more time and energy for the big goals in life.
